    1. What is the cost of TEB Bonus Card?  
    Your TEB Bonus Card is free of charge for the first year.
    2. How can I apply for TEB Bonus Card?  
    You can apply to our branch nearest to you with your identity card. 
    3. Can I earn bonus from the installment transactions I will make with TEB Bonus Card?
    Yes. You will earn bonus from all your single payment or installment spendings you will make with your TEB Bonus Card.
    4. Can I earn bonus also from the spendings I will make abroad by using my TEB Bonus Card?
    Yes. You can earn bonus also from all your spendings you will make abroad by using your TEB Bonus Card.
    5. Can I use the bonuses to be earned by my supplementary card linked to my TEB Bonus Card?
    No. The bonuses to be earned by your supplementary card can be used by its holder.
    6. Should I need to set my password again when my TEB Bonus Card is renewed?
    You do not need to set your password again unless your card number is changed.
    7. Are my automatic payment instructions, bonuses and my automatic card debt payment instruction transferred to my new card when my TEB Bonus Card is renewed?
    Your bonuses and debt payment instruction are transferred to your new card. However, since the expiry date of your card is changed, you should inform the relevant institution about the new expiry date of your card for your invoice payments and other regular payments made on your card.
    8. I cannot receive my statement. What should I do?
    In order to be able to get your statement, you should check the up-to-dateness of your address registered on our Bank’s records in the first place. Afterwards, you can place an e-statement request or you can also give an instruction to get your statement information on your cell phone.
    9. I would like to be notified about all campaigns. What should I do?
    You can include yourself in all notifications by updating your e-mail, cell phone and address information registered on our Bank’s records.
    10. What should I do for secure shopping?
    Upon the receipt of your card, you must call 0850 200 0 666 TEB Phone Branch and set your password immediately.
    11. When I receive my TEB Bonus Card, what will happen to my existing TEB Credit Card?
    TEB Bonus Card is issued and sent to you as a new card. Your TEB Credit Card shall not become invalid. If you wish, you can also continue to use your TEB Credit Card.
    12. If our TEB Credit Card holder customer has a supplementary card, then will a supplementary TEB Bonus Card be also issued and sent to his supplementary card holder while TEB Bonus Card is being issued and sent to the customer?
    When a TEB Bonus Card is sent to our TEB Credit Card holder customer, a supplementary TEB Bonus Card linked to his TEB Bonus Card will also be sent to his supplementary card holder.
    13. Does my TEB Bonus Card have a limit independent from the limit of my existing TEB Credit Card?
    Your TEB Bonus Card and your existing TEB Credit Card will share a joint limit.
    14. Can I use the PIN code of my existing TEB Credit Card also for my new TEB Bonus Card?
    If you already set the PIN code of your existing TEB Credit Card, this PIN code shall be transferred to your new TEB Bonus Card.
    15. Are the points existing in my TEB Credit Card be transferred to my new TEB Bonus Card as bonus points?
    No. Your points existing in your TEB Credit Card shall not be transferred to your TEB Bonus Card.
