Service Details

• The application is valid for parking payments made by TEB Platium Card on all parking lots in Istanbul Atatürk, Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen, Ankara Esenboğa and Izmir Adnan Menderes airports domestic and international flight terminals.
• 50% discount shall be calculated over the payment made by the customer and reflected on the statement as a discount.

Within the scope of this discount application, the maximum discount amount that can be benefited by a single customer is limited to TL 100. In order to get the benefits/campaigns , your last statement must be above TL 3.000.

If you do not want to use your car or not able to use it; then you can use our Free Call-Vale Service. 
When you call our Call-Vale Service; A Call-Vale driver comes with his special folding motorcycle, folds his motorcycle, places it into the trunk of your car and gets you to the address you wish by your car in a safe manner.

• TEB Platinum Card holders can benefit from this service free at their first usage, and with 50% at their 2nd and 3rd usages. The right to use the free and discounted Call-Valet Service offered to TEB Platinum Card holders is limited to 3 usages for each calendar month.
• In order to benefit from the free and discounted Call-Vale Service in the current month, you should have made TL 500 and above spending by your TEB Platium Card within the previous month (Bonus redemptions do not count on the spending amount).  Discounts will be reflected on the period transactions on the last date of each month provided that the spending criteria have been met.
• The maximum discount amount to be made on second and third usages with 50% discount is limited to TL 45.
• The Call Vale payment must be made with the card qualified for the discount.
• The Call Vale service is provided in Istanbul, Çesme and Bodrum.
• You can benefit from the Call Vale service 7 days a week 24-hours a day with no time restrictions. For the weekdays, you should make a reservation at least 2 hours before; and for the weekends, you should make a reservation at least 2,5 hours before.
• TEB shall bear no responsibility in the case of the company’s failure to render the service for any reason.
• The first 15 minutes waiting period is free of charge; and a fee of TL 15 shall be charged for each subsequent 15 minutes.
• The reservation changes or cancellations must be informed by a call at least 2 hours before.
• The car’s trunk should have an available space to get the Call Vale driver placed his motorcycle. 
• The campaign is given on customer basis.
• The supplementary cards can make use of the campaign separately by their own spendings.
