It covers the indemnity claims that may be raised against the physicians, dentists and those qualified as specialists as per the medical specialization legislation who work independently or in the public or private health institutions and organizations and the people whose duties, powers and responsibilities are defined by the Ministry of Health, who are authorized to provide medical service to the patients in the health institutions and organizations, clinics and other locations owned by private legal persons, as a result of any fault in the professional services they render to their patients or any negligence causing injuries to the patient, severe deterioration in the patient’s health condition or the death of the patient in performing their professional services.
