It is a pension plan whereby the employee creates on behalf of its employees or the company employees come together and create for themselves provided that they are not less than 10 people.
The Group Pension Plan which is designed according to the risk profiles aims to provide an additional regular retirement income for the participants included within the scope of Public Social Security System; and a regular retirement income for the participants not included within the scope of Public Social Security System.
The main difference between the group pension plan and individual pension plan is that; group pension plan is a plan which provides all individual rights provided within the scope of individual pension plan with more favorable costs.
