    With Shared POS application which can be used between our Bank and Akbank and İş Bankası, we can operate TEB, Akbank and İş Bankası system applications over a single POS machine without creating any additional cost to you.

    Crediting of Accounts

    As in Single POS machines, the amounts shall be credited to your accounts in the relevant bank again according to the same working terms. For example: For a Shared POS machine which includes TEB and Akbank; transactions conducted by TEB Credit Cards shall be processed automatically as to be credited to your account in TEB and transactions conducted by Akbank Credit Cards shall be processed automatically as to be credited to your account in Akbank. Thus, the installment options and campaigns of each bank shall remain unaffected.

    Failure and Technical Support

    In case of any failure/malfunction, you can call the Customer Service Unit of any bank included in Shared POS and can make your service or paper requests. The authorized service personnel will visit you within 3 days at the latest and will solve/clear your problems.

    Features of Shared POS Machine

    • It automatically recognizes the cards of the banks included in the Shared POS application and processes the transaction through the menu of the bank to which the card belongs.
    • The merchant can make a selection on the Shared POS machine so that cards other than of the banks included in the Shared POS application can be processed through a TEB POS.
    • The difference between the Shared POS machines and the existing POS machines is that Shared POS machine’s physical POS software is single. That means, you shall be able to conduct any type of transaction of which you can currently conduct with your existing mono POS machines again in the same manner and with the same banking applications through the Shared POS.
