Motor-Valet (Designated Driver) Service is offered for free to TEB Yıldız Priority Card Holders!

If you do not want to use your car or you are not able to use it, then you can use our Free Motor-Valet Service. Under the scope of Motor-Valet service, the Motor-Valet driver comes with his specially designed folding motorcycle; folds his motorcycle, places it into the trunk of your car and gets you anywhere you wish by your car in a safe manner.

• TEB Yıldız Priority Card Holders can benefit from this service for free at their first usage and then with 50% discount at their 2^nd and 3^rd usages. The right to use the free and discounted Motor-Valet service offered to TEB Yıldız Priority Card holders is limited to 3 usages for each calendar month.
• In order to benefit from such service for free or at a discount in the current month, your most recent statement should be at least 500 TL.
• The first usages for maximum 90 TL are free of charge. For any usage exceeding 90 TL, a discount of 90 TL shall be reflected onto the card.
• Maximum 45 TL discount shall be provided for the second and third usages with 50% discount.
• The motor-valet payment must be made with the card qualified for the discount.
• Motor-valet service is provided in Istanbul, Çeşme, and Bodrum.
• Motor-Valet service is provided between the hours of 21:00-03:00 on Sundays and weekdays and between the hours of 21:00-05:00 on Saturdays. If available, bookings may also be received beyond these hours. Reservations should be made at least 2 hours before the related usage. Motor-Valet is entitled to not accept the reservation due to full occupancy.  The customer may be late for 30 minutes due to the reasons such as traffic, breakdown, accident, etc. after receipt of the reservation.
• TEB shall bear no responsibility if the company cannot render the service for any reason.
• The Motor-Valet driver shall wait for the first 15 minutes from the reservation time on a free of charge basis; then, the waiting fee of 10 TL is charged for every 15 minutes following the first 15 minutes. If the Motor-Valet driver is unavailable, he may not wait for the customer after 30 minutes. In such cases, the fee paid shall not be returned to the customer.
• The reservation changes or cancellation must be informed at least 60 minutes before the reservation time. Otherwise, no request for a change or cancellation shall be accepted.
• Motor-Valet is entitled to not change the reservation due to its busy program. In such cases, the related fee shall be returned to the customer. The car’s trunk should have available space to get the motorcycle placed by the Motor-Valet driver.
• The customer is provided on a customer basis.
• Supplementary cards can benefit from the campaign separately by their own expenditures.
• The discount earned is reflected onto the credit card on the 6^th day of the next month. (within the upper limits)

With TEB Yıldız Priority Card, you may benefit from the Transfer Service free of charge at first use, and with 50% discount for your 2^nd and 3^rd uses.

General Conditions:

• Use of this service once a month up to the amount of 75 TL is free of charge.
• The second and third transfers will be provided with 50% discount.
• The transfer fee up to 150 TL in total within a month shall be paid by the bank.
• The Customer calls 444 07 66 TEB Yıldız Line and notifies the desired hours for receiving transfer service and the other required details.
• The Call Center transfers the customer to TEB Assistance Line.

Service Conditions:

• Bookings can be made between the hours of 09:00 – 18:00.
• The transfers of minimum 25 km shall be made; and in case of a transfer below 25 km, the pricing shall be made for 25 km.
• The related service shall be provided in the cities of Istanbul – Ankara – Antalya – İzmir – Adana.
• Bookings can be made up to 12 hours before the flight in case of availability of vehicles.
• If the transfer is an airport transfer, the entire service price paid shall be returned for cancellations to be made at least 4 hours before the flight time.
• If the flight of the person that will receive the service is delayed, no extra charge will be claimed.
• If the waiting period exceeds 30 minutes, an external fee of 20 TL + VAT shall be charged every 30 minutes.
• In case of pricing resulting from any waiting, it shall be collected from the customer’s card during such transfer.

Payment:

• The card number is received from the customer during reservation; but the related fee is not withdrawn.
• When the transfer service is completed, one-time withdrawal is made from the customer.
• If cancellation is not made according to the general conditions, the necessary charge (Penalty fee) shall be collected from the card number given by the customer.
• Free-of-charge service is valid for 1 time a month; 50% of the 2^nd and 3^rd transfers shall be paid by the bank.
• In order to benefit from such service for free or at a discount in the current month, your most recent statement should be at least 500 TL.

The amounts paid by the customer with his/her TEB Yıldız Priority Card are reflected onto his/her credit card as discounts by the 6^th day of the next month (within the upper limits).
