    My credit card is lost/stolen. How do I cancel it?

    I have a supplementary card request. What should I do?

    You can submit your request for a supplementary card linked to your main card by calling our 0850 200 0 666 TEB Phone Branch, using our Internet Branch or from our Branches.

    How many supplementary cards can I request?

    You can request up to 5 supplementary cards from one of your main cards, and up to 10 supplementary cards in total.

    I withdraw cash from my credit card. How will cash advance interest be calculated?

    Cash advance interest will be calculated over the cash advance interest rate from the day you withdraw a cash advance day until the balance is repaid in full.

    I paid my credit card debt after the payment due date. How will delay interest be calculated?

    The conventional interest rate will be applied on your total debt amount for the period between your account statement date and your payment due date; and interest will be applied in two-stages for the period between your payment due date and the date the balance is fully repaid. The default interest rate will be applied until the date the debt amount required to be paid until the last payment date is repaid; and conventional interest rate will be applied on the difference between the total debt and the minimum payment amount. If the late payment does not fully cover your total debt, then conventional interest rate will be charged on the remaining debt from the payment due date to the date of your next account statement. The minimum payment amount must be paid in order to avoid the default interest.

    How the minimum payment amount is calculated?

    Pursuant to legal requirements, your minimum monthly payment amount is calculated as 20% of your credit card period debt. If you have any interest/tax balance in your statement, they are not included to the amount.

    A spending that is not mine appears in my credit card statement. What should I do?

    You should filled out Spending Objection Form by the details of the transaction that you object to and either fax it to 0216 636 34 34 or hand it over to your Branch.

    I cancelled my credit card however why do I receive statements?

    Your statement will be generated and sent to your communication address in the event that you have a debt balance in your credit card account or when any other debit entry is made.

    How can I pay my credit card debt?

    You can make your TEB Credit Card payments by using TEB Internet Branch, 0850 200 0 666 TEB Phone Branch, our TEB Express and TEB Branches free of charge; and from PTT (online) Branches with a fee of 2 TL excluding tax.

    How can I change my last payment date?

    You can change your last payment date by calling 0850 200 0 666 TEB Phone Branch, by using TEB Internet Branch – from TEB Bonus Credit Card Menu, or through our Branches.

    How can I change my credit card automatic payment instruction?

    I have a credit card automatic payment instruction. When it will be collected from my account?

    Your automatic payment instruction of your credit card will be collected either at the minimum payment amount or the entire amount of your debt, depending on your choice, on the last payment date.

    Upon your request to make use of Phone Banking service on your account opening stage, your Branch will initiate the necessary process that allow you to take your password.     What should I do to withdraw USD/EUR from your ATMs?

    What is Account Maintenance Fee?

    The Account Maintenance Fee is a fee charged for the administrative expenses incurred during the course of your account opening process, maintaining them in the Bank’s system and conducting your transactions from your account based on your instructions. An Account Maintenance Fee of 18.-TL excluding tax is collected from the current TL accounts of real persons every three months; and 9.-USD excluding tax is collected from their current foreign currency accounts. For the foreign currency accounts other than in USD, a foreign currency amount equivalent to 9.-USD is calculated over the USD parity on the collection date. For the tax, 5% BITT is also collected over the collection amount.

    Does Account Maintenance Fee have any exemptions?

    You do not pay any Account Maintenance Fee for your retirement salary account and if you place two new automatic invoice payment instructions.

    The branch where my accounts are kept is far from my home/work address. Can I transfer them to a nearest branch?
