With Turkcell Mobile Signature, you will be able to make all your transactions, form anywhere you want, with one password while being protected by the laws.

Turkcell Mobile Signature can be used in all transactions, except for the ones that require a ceremony and the witnessing of a third party such as marriage or buying a deed, that require a signature such as private affairs, public affairs, and banking affairs. For example, EFTs can be carried out over internet banking with mobile signatures. Turkcell has imported e-signature technology to the mobile realm and it contributes to the e-Turkey transformation by carrying all transactions that require signature to the virtual realm where you will not need new readers or smart cards.

Who can use it?

All Turkcell and SimPlus128 Card users can use Turkcell Mobile Signature with their current phones.

How do you subscribe?

• Pre-apply using TEB Internet Banking.

                             - During pre-application you will be asked for your name, surname, citizenship number, place of birth, date of birth, and the Turkcell line you will be using with your mobile signature.

• Apply to Turkcell Extras with your ID (driver's license, national ID card, or passport) and sign the Turkcell Mobile Signature Owner of Certificate contract.

                           - Turkcell Mobile Signature can be used with SimPlus128 card. If you do not have a SimPlus128 card, you should change it. Doing so will not change your phone number.

                           - Following your application, Turkcell Customer Relations will call you and give you your Initiation Code that you need to initiate the service.

When your Turkcell Mobile Signature is activated finalize the password definition procedures and confirm your certificate.

                           - Enter the Initiation Code given to you by Turkcell Customer Relations in the Mobile Signature menu that appears on your phone's screen.

                           - Write the password you would like to use as your Turkcell Mobile Signature and re-enter it to confirm.

                            -Once you confirm your password, re-enter it for certificate confirmation.

                           - When your electronic signature is published by the Electronic Certificate Service Provider and is ready to be used, you will be notified via SMS.

How is it used?

When you are in a Turkcell Mobile Signature friendly environment, just click the SIGN button on the screen. Once you click that button, the information you need to sign on will be prepared and sent to your SIM card over your GSM operator for you to sign.

• Once the signature demand reaches your SIM card, you will see the explanation regarding the transaction that needs your signature on your phone screen. Carefully read the explanation and press OK if you confirm the transaction.
• You will see the FINGERPRINT that is created instantly and that will be used only for this transaction on your computer and phone screens. If both FINGERPRINTS are the same press OK.
• To sign the transaction enter your Turkcell Mobile Signature password and click OK.
• If you open the keylock before you start the signing procedure, the transaction will be made in an easier way.

Billing

Membership costs 5 TL per month for billed lines and 2 Turkcell TL per week for credited lines.
