5 TL BONUS FOR E-STATEMENT

Receive your TEB Bonus Card account summary through e-mail and we will credit 5 TL to your TEB Bonus Card! You can issue your instruction with regard to the subject by calling TEB Telephone Banking Branch or by using TEB Internet Branch.If you do not have a TEB Internet Branch account, you can receive your user ID and PIN number by calling 444 0 666 TEB Telephone Banking Branch. Once you get there, you can give your instruction by using “Settings/New Instructions” Menu. Upon receiving your instruction, your account summary will no longer be issued in printed format but instead forwarded to your e-mail address electronically.

If you do not have an e-mail address registered in our system, it will be required that you define an e-mail address through Settings – Update personal information step.  The bonus points that will be credited to your account within the scope of the campaign can be followed up in
your account summary under “Bonus Credit for E-Statement” transaction explanation.    

  • If the TEB Bonus Card statement is requested to be received through e-mail, then this request will also be effective for other rated cards (TEB Bonus Plus and TEB Bonus Premium Card). The 5 TL bonus shall be credited only once.

  • The customers that are in possession of a TEB Bonus MasterCard or TEB Bonus Visa will be required to submit instructions separately for both cards.

  • Supplementary Cards can not issue instructions, only the principal card holder will be authorized to issue the instruction.

  • The card holder who would like to issue an instruction as stated above must have a regular payment history with regard to his/her debt. 

  • To be able to take advantage of the campaign the account statement must be received through e-mail for at least 6 months.

  • If the account statement is not received for a period of 6 months (if the instruction to do so is cancelled), the 5 TL bonus will be reflected to the account as a spending.  

  • The personnel employed by TEB or its affiliates can not take advantage of this campaign.
