In advance payment method, the buyer (importer) pays the amount of the goods to the seller’s  account in advance before shipment. It is a simple and safe mode of payment for the seller while includes risks for the buyer. In this payment term, buyer should have confidence in the seller since they take performance risk for the shipment of the goods.
