    Natural Gas Package Insurance

    It is an insurance product which provides coverage for damages to the installation, all type of physical damages to people resident in the building the erection service is carried on; which may be caused by the omission, defect, error and negligence of the insurer (certified company) during the natural gas building installation project/ construction/ transformation erection services and within a period of 1 year usage period and also for the certified company’s failure to fulfill its undertakings.

    In addition, after the erection and trial process of the installation, which is subject of insurance, is completed, it also provides coverage for damages that may occur in the installation during its usage period and outside the scope of warranty coverage.

    We provide the following coverage in Natural Gas Package Insurance:

    • Erection All Risks Insurance: It provides coverage for damages to the insured installation due to omission, defect, error and negligence of the Insurer (Certified Company) up to the contract value while carrying out the internal construction/ transformation process, which is the subject matter of insurance, within the term of the Agreement.

    • Failure to fulfill undertaking: It provides coverage for damages which may arise due to the Insurer’s failure to fulfill its undertakings related to the installation, which is the subject matter of insurance, within the contractual period or not able to complete it for any reason (except in cases of force majeure) within the contractual period and up to the contract value.

    • Machinery Breakdown Insurance: It provides coverage for damages to the installation for a period of 12 months starting from the commissioning of the installation and up to the contract value.
