LOCKSMITH SERVICE If it is not possible to enter the house due to lost/forgotten house key.

3 times in a year; Max. 50.-USD

GLAZIER SERVICE If the exterior glasses of the house are broken due to causes arising from the outside.

INDOOR PLUMBING SERVICE For the problems arising from an explosion or breakdown of the indoor water installation system that require urgent remedy.

3 times in a year; Max. 50.-USD

ELECTRICIAN SERVICE For the problems arising from the indoor electricity installation system that require urgent remedy.

TRANSPORT If the vehicle cannot be repaired within 24-hours, transport of the subscriber from the event area to his/her home or to his/her documented main arrival destination.

Providing a Plane/Bus Ticket/Taxi or a 1600 cc rental car allocated for a period of 24-hours.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION If the vehicle cannot be repaired within the same day and the subscriber asks for an accommodation.

Bed & Breakfast accommodation in a 3 or 4 star hotel. Max.2 nights

DELIVERY OF THE REPAIRED VEHICLE Taking delivery of the vehicle from the place of repair upon the completion of the repair.

DRIVER SERVICE If the subscriber is unable to travel due to illness or injury.

For the purpose of returning the subscriber to his/her residential address.

INFORMATION AND RESERVATION SERVICES Hotel, restaurant information and providing information on phone numbers for the reservations, glazier, locksmith, car rental companies, museums, embassies and consulates, pharmacies on duty, hospitals, entertainment and show centers.
