    Features of the Plan

    Entrance Fee Charging Principles:

In the Individual Pension System, the entrance fee is charged only once on the contracts and its limits are set forth by the Individual Pension Regulation. In the Plus Pension Plan, a portion of this amount is collected either upfront or in installments in the first year and the remaining balance is postponed.

In the Plus Pension Plan, the amount of entrance fee is up to 75% of the monthly gross minimum wage prevailing on the signature date of the proposal form. The upfront portion of entrance fee is 10% of the monthly gross minimum wage prevailing on the signature date or approval date of the proposal form and collected upfront or in installments in the first year, and the remaining portion is postponed. The balance decreases gradually depending on your period of stay in our company. This amount is not collected if the contract is in active status for 10-years or becomes entitled to retirement.

Under the Plus Pension Plan, four fund composites suitable for different investor profiles are offered. Depending on any change in your risk perception, you may also change your fund allocation rates as you wish six times a year.

    • Protective

The main objective of the composite is to protect the investments against time, inflation and unexpected economic fluctuations. By means of the prescribed allocation, the participants assume risk as less as possible, and their portfolios include mainly fixed-income securities, repo and deposit; but at the same time, they are also diversified with the flexible funds included in the composite with an aim to gain stable income in the long-term. It is suitable for the investors who may tolerate smaller losses in the portfolio.

By means of the prescribed allocation, the participants invest in flexible funds at a higher rate and assume medium-level risk based on a conservative recommendation. Their portfolios include mainly fixed-income securities, repo and deposit but at the same time they are diversified with stocks included in the flexible funds in the composite with an aim to gain stable income in the long-term.

Whilst fixed-income government debt instruments are also included in the composite to balance the risk, the participants also invest in stocks through the Flexible and Stock pension funds. The fund composite is positively affected in the periods of a sound macroeconomic environment; however it is adversely affected in uncertain political situations.
