- For transactions over US$ 1,000,000.- or equivalent, commissions are subject to negotiation.
- When documentary credits are not utilized, our commission will always be borne by the applicant. The above commissions and charges will be charged to you in the event the beneficiary does not utilize the credit and/or refuses to pay them, although it is stipulated in the documentary credit that all commissions and charges are for his/her account.
- The minimum applicable commissions for the items, which are subject to arrangement is US$ 250 per quarter

| V- GENERAL TERMS |
a-) The commissions earned shall not be waived in any circumstances
b-) Postage, teletransmission charges, banking transaction tax (currently 5% on total charges, out-of pocket expenses as well as any third-party charges will, in all cases be charges additionally.
c-) All other transactions not mentioned in the present tariff are subject to special arrangement
d-) Documentary credits are subject to Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits asset forth by the International Chamber of Commerce, Paris. Collections are subject to Uniform Rules for Collections as set forth by the International Chamber of Commerce, Paris, if applicable.
e-) This list of conditions cancels all previous editions
f-) These terms and conditions are effective from March 4th., 2008 and are subject to change without prior notice.
