TEB INTERNET BRANCH SECURITY MEASURES
Secure Log In System
It aims at hindering Keylogger software which traces the pounded keys as customers log in using their username and password. By installing Secure Log In, it eliminates the necessity to use virtual keyboard. Secure Log In can be installed if your operating system is Windows and your browser is Microsoft Internet Explorer. Secure Log In is used only against Keylogger software. Against other software and viruses, up-to-date anti-virus software should be used.
Virtual Keyboard
Virtual Keyboard has been developed as a measure against viruses that trace pounded keys. It allows access by using the mouse only, without using the keyboard.

Single Use Transaction Password
Depending on the customer's wishes, a password is sent via SMS to the registered phone number for all money transfers that will be carried out online. If the customer enters this password at the Internet Branch the transaction will be carried out; if not, the transaction will be suspended. This way, scam-oriented transactions will be prevented.
Single Use Log-In Password
To make banking transactions safer, a single use log-in password to be used to access TEB Internet Branch is sent to the customer's registered phone number via SMS. It generates a personal and single use password that cannot be known by any party other than the customer and that cannot be used again. The password that arrives via SMS is valid for 3 minutes and once the time is over it is de-validated. This way, secure access to TEB Internet Branch anywhere is assured and all that is needed is a cellular phone.
Password
You need a username and a password to log in to TEB Internet Branch. Once the first entrance is made with your username and pin number, you will be asked of a new password at the second stage.
Hidden Message / Hidden Picture
Personal message and personal picture is mobilized for the first time in Turkey as a security measure. This way, after the customer enters the username and pin number, and before entering password they can check if the picture and the message that comes out actually belongs to him or her and they can make sure that they are connected to the TEB Internet Branch and not elsewhere. Immediate Notification In case a money transfer that is above the limit determined by the customer is being made, the customer will immediately be notified via the registered phone number or email.
IP/ ISS Settings
You can define the IP address and Internet Service Provider that you will use while accessing TEB Internet Branch and prevent all access from a different IP address and Internet Service Provider.
Day and Time Settings
You can determine the days and times that you will use TEB Internet Branch and prevent access on any other day or time.
Account Settings
The customer can suspend money transfers and all transactions for an account or prevent any transaction from being seen online. The customer can also decide to only allow particular fast money transfers (i.e., EFT) hence not allowing any account that is not compatible with fast transfers to make transactions.
Card Settings
The customer can suspend the use of the card for e-trade or mail-orders by applying to TEB Internet Branch. The customer can also suspend cash advances by limiting card transactions.
Secure Log In Software
This is a software we have developed in order to protect our customers against "Keylogger" style software. This software allows you a more secure access to TEB Internet Branch. Secure It aims at hindering Keylogger software which traces the pounded keys as customers log in using their username and password.
Virtual Keyboard
Virtual Keyboard aims at providing a safer internet environment while accessing TEB Internet Branch. It is developed against software that traces the pounded keys on your keyboard. By using the Virtual Keyboard as you are logging in, you are prevented form the aforementioned viral software.
