    Our bank has established two ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems separately, one for the Banking Operations Group and the other for the Human Resources Group.

    In this context;

    It is a basic policy for Türk Ekonomi Bankası A.Ş., to provide services of gradually increasing quality and efficiency in the light of 3S principles (Substance, Standing, Straightness), to ensure customers and personnel satisfaction and to improve our competitive power and profitability.

    Within the scope of this policy;

    • We are sensitive to changing needs and wants of the market and of our customers; open to any suggestion, fast and faultless.
    • We rely on business continuity and reliability based on legal terms and ethical values.
    • We attach importance to governance and personnel integrity, team works, training and communications in our corporation where our personnel are proud to be a member.

    Within the framework of a customer and quality oriented governance approach, as the senior management, we undertake to support and improve our quality management system constantly.
